2. Accredited Investor (AI) Opt-In

If you chose the option of funding SGD 150,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) to participate in the promotion, you may do your AI declaration through our uSMART APP.

   

2.1 How can I Opt-in as an Accredited Investor (AI)?

A) Open your uSMART mobile application

B) Click on “Trade”

C) Click on “More”

D) Click on "Accredited Investor”

E) Click on “Start Certify” and furnish the required information and/or documents.

 

3. How can I complete my Client Investment Profile (CIP)?

Upon successfully making your first deposit, within 3 working days, our Relationship Manager will reach out to you and assist with the completion of CIP.

 

 

Frequently Asked Question about uSMART Premier Welcome Rewards

1. Will I still get the reward should my cash balance fall below my initial participation amount on any given day during the promotional period?

A) No. There is a six (6) months maintenance period from the date of your initial deposit (Premier qualifying fresh funds in lump sum). You will be automatically disqualified from the promotion and no rewards will be awarded.

B) If your participating funds are used to invest through uSMART, you will still be eligible for the welcome reward (on the condition that the proceeds from the investment are not withdrawn within the six (6) months maintenance period).

 

2. When will I receive my reward?

It will be credited into your uSMART account within 15 days after the 8th month from your first deposit date.

 

3. How can I complete my Client Investment Profile CIP)?

A) Upon successful registration and depositing of fresh funds, our Relationship Manager will reach out to you and assist with the completion of the CIP.

B) Do note that clients with incomplete profile after the Premier Welcome Rewards qualifying period (2 months from the date of initial fresh funds deposit) will be automatically disqualified from the promotion and no rewards will be awarded.

 

4. How do I refer someone for the Member-Get-Member (MGM) Reward?

Upon successfully registering as our Premier Client, you will have a unique registration link which you can share with your friends and family.

A) Open your uSMART mobile application

B) Click on “Me”

C) Click on “Invite Friends”

D) Click on  the next “Invite Friends”

E) Click on your chosen form of messaging APP/social media to share your unique registration link.

 

5. How to earn uSMART Premier Daily Interest Rates?

A) It is only available to Premier Clients.

B) Maintenance Level of at least SGD 100,000 Asset Under Management (AUM) with uSMART to enjoy Premier Daily Interest Rates.

 

6. How will uSMART Premier Daily Interest be calculated?

USD Premier Interest Earned =

Cash Balance * USD Premier Daily Interest Rates (subjected to changes) * number of days / 360

 

SGD Premier Interest Earned =

Cash Balance * SGD Premier Daily Interest Rates (subjected to changes) * number of days / 365

 

7. When will uSMART Premier Daily Interest be credited?

Daily interest earned will be credited into your respective (USD/SGD) uSMART trading account at the last day of each month. If the last day of the month falls on a Singapore non-business day, it will be credited on the next business day.
