Terms and Conditions

Promotion period：October 1, 2023 00:00-June 30, 2024 23:59:59 (Singapore time)

 

Eligibility:

1) Users who have opened a uSMART SG brokerage account but have not opened a uSMART options account;

2) New users who have not opened a brokerage account in uSMART SG.

 

Details:

During the event, eligible clients opening an uSMART option account can benefit from commission-free trading for US stock options and index options. Only a platform fee will be charged, with a minimum fee of just US$0.3 per contract, and no minimum charge for options trading till 2024/06/30 23:59:59 (Singapore time)!

 

Notes：

1. Fees vary for different uSMART account types. For more information, please visit the pricing chart.
2. Trader accounts are not applicable to clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao. For these areas, the platform fee is US$0.5 per contract, while other eligible customers enjoy a minimum fee of US$0.3 per contract during the event.
3. This offer does not apply to index options SPX, VIX, and XSP. From 2024/4/1, all trading commissions and platform fees for SPX, VIX, XSP index options will be charged according to the customer's account type. 4. If your uSMART account displays signs of abuse, fraud or suspicious activity (examples of and not limited to; making trades that make no economical sense or benefits, closing account immediately after claiming rewards), uSMART SG may, in its sole discretion, freeze or suspend your uSMART account, forfeit your rewards in your uSMART account and/or limit your participation in future promotions.
5. uSMART reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers, and everything is subject to the interpretation of uSMART.
6. In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities reserves the right to make the final decision on the activity and is binding on the activity participants.
7. In case of any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior and termination of the account by the Company, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any prizes given to the customer and any legal liability or loss arising from the said customer's behavior.
8. By taking part in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
9. This t&c is provided in Chinese and English versions. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
